A to Z Furniture (“A to Z”) offers products and services to customers when they buy from our physical store or our official website: www.atozfurniture.ae, with an agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

All products sold are brand new and have never been used. They are all purely Hand-made items, and some are import items.

A to Z Furniture retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received. A to Z Furniture works closely with our vendors and customers to make 100% sure (+or- 5%) that all product colors, dimensions, and photos are exact; however, there are sometimes minor discrepancies based on screen resolution and other possible factors. Any questions or hesitations based on color or dimensions must be discussed before placing your order. A to Z Furniture will not be responsible for minor differences from what was advertised.


There are two types of product categories.

When items are ‘Ready to ship.’

It usually takes a maximum of 2 working days to deliver the items. Some more extensive items that need extra care during the installation can take up to 4 working days. This category has specific sizes and colors of a selected model in our warehouse in advance. In rare situations, the warehouse stock may need to be updated. After placing your order, you can confirm the estimated delivery time in the confirmation email/WhatsApp/Call.

When items are NOT ‘Ready to ship.’

The concept is called “customization.” These items are 100% manufactured from A to Z Furniture manufacturing facility under the supervision of experienced craftsmanship.

With the passage of time and customers’ feedback, we have empowered our capability with a desire to fulfill in manufacturing, keeping in view size, colors, fabric (all sorts of), materials (MDF, solid wood, veneer, etc.), Legs (designs/size), etc.

We are still learning from our customer’s feedback. Over the years, we’ve invested in artisans who are the most accomplished in their abilities. We only work with those who have been able to provide consistent quality and a demonstrated desire for complete customer satisfaction.

Usually, it may take ten working days to process such orders, including manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
Unfortunately, some matters are out of our hands (Material unavailability). Still, please know we work very closely with our valued network of suppliers, monitoring shipments to ensure we can best expedite delivery to our clients.


A to Z Furniture delivers all orders via one of the following delivery methods:

Self-Delivery: A to Z Furniture trained delivery specialists will schedule the delivery with you. At the scheduled delivery appointment, the team will deliver your furniture inside your home, unpack it, assemble it in your room, and remove all excess packaging materials. This superior level of service has been offered to all A to Z furniture customers.

Courier Delivery: Some items are small for delivery, or the areas are very far from the manufacturing facility. Smaller items like artwork, nightstands, lamps, etc., will ship via a 3rd party carrier service. These orders will be delivered to your home (or building entrance). However, the customer is responsible for bringing the products into the home and putting it in the desired place where a customer needs them. Our delivery team works directly for our company. We seldom use outsourced delivery to deliver to our customers. As professionals, we do our best to take care every possible measures when delivering your order to your home/Office. It is sometimes difficult to deliver furniture due to the size of doorways, hallways, lift size, stairwells, and proximity of the driveway to the home/office. On a rare occasion, if an item is a tight fit, we may ask you to approve our attempt to deliver your item on the understanding that we cannot be held responsible for any damage.

Note: Please check the elevator size while placing the order for an item.


Where prior approval/move-in permit for delivery is required from any government/private authority, the customer must take approval prior 24 hours before (Working day only) and share the documents with the respective Sale executive or email on sales@atozfurniture.ae. We trust you will understand and appreciate these conditions for smooth delivery process.


We worked on pre-paid model. All deliveries must be paid before or on delivery (after getting special approval from A to Z Furniture) or pick up of the Product (after getting approval from A to Z Furniture). No exceptions Please.


Finally, the delivery date will be shared based on an aggregate of product manufacturing.

Due to large volume, wide delivery area, and unforeseeable delays (traffic, weather, complicated installations leading more time than usual, employee illness, a technical issue in the delivery van, etc.) A to Z Furniture cannot give exact delivery times. Our driver will call you in the morning of scheduled date of delivery. During inclement weather, A to Z Furniture will determine whether it is safe for our drivers to make deliveries. Customers will be contacted for rescheduling. If you are not home or a call ahead cannot be reached and delivery cannot be completed, an extra charge will be added for re-delivery.

The actual delivery date may vary from the estimated delivery date. It will only give the customer the right to cancel the order with the express consent of A to Z Furniture.


Please do not refuse the delivery because of late arrival, minor damage, or defects. A to Z Furniture has one of the best service teams around. They can take care of the issue more quickly with less inconvenience. Since your satisfaction is our top priority, please let our skilled technicians show you one of the reasons why people buy from A to Z Furniture. You have 24 hours to inspect for delivery damage and report it to our Service Department. A to Z Furniture will repair or replace any damage during transportation or manufacturing defect in the item if any at our discretion. Incase customer refuse to accept delivery because of any reason, company reserve the rights to take storage charges (Standard) as per product dimensions. Please note storage charges relaxation can be made as per management discretion.     


Please understand that the delivery team is only to deliver as per guidelines. Misbehaving with a team or threatening will be unacceptable during the delivery and installation. A particular employee or company reserves the right to take legal action against any unprofessional act from the customer side.


A to Z Furniture customers need to understand the following:

Specific areas that are inaccessible with our standard home delivery vehicle or locations requiring alternative delivery methods (for example, if we need to deliver to an island that may only be accessed through boat or other means source) will require extra fees. However, in those instances, you will review the fees before delivery.

If we cannot contact you to set up delivery for 15 calendar days or have no record of the customer contacting us or the delivery agent, A to Z Furniture reserves the right to treat the order as a return and refund you according to our return policy.

Deliveries that require our team to work in excessively tight conditions or to carry furniture beyond two flights of stairs may incur additional delivery charges.

GAMCO (Gulf Aircraft maintenance co), Airport terminal 1, After airport site office, Al Bahia, Al Khatam, Al Khanza, Al Raha, Al Rahba, Al Saad, Al Samha, Al Sila, Al Watba, Areas starting with telephone number 51*******, Bainoona, Baniyas, Beda Zayed, Buhasa, Ghayati, Habshan, JabelDhana, Journya Four, Liwa, MadinatZayed City, Mafraq, Mirfa, Mohd Bin Zayed City, Ruwais, Sahamah, Sila, Suwehan, Tarif, Taweelah, Yahar, Asab, Yas Island, Gandoot, Sir Baniyas, Guwaifath, Das Island, Musaffah-ICAD City 2, Al Wagan, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp).

Deliveries cannot be made to islands under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction or to all security-controlled zones and defense areas. Alternatively, these shipments can be held in Abu Dhabi for the consignee’s collection.

Non-delivery areas in Al Ain/Ajman/Umm Al Quwain/Fujairah/Ras Al Khaimah vicinity:

Al Wagan, Al Hayer, Al Remah, Shuhaib, Al Oha, Zakher, Maqam, Hill, Meyzad (after camp), Adan, Al Jeer, Shamm, Khath, Burairath, Siji Al Hail (Crushers/Dusan site), Shahma residential area (Dhaid)


Ensuring your items fit into the room of your choice is the customer’s responsibility. Furniture cannot be refused due to size issues.

  • Please verify your delivery address and phone number for accuracy.
  • Please make sure someone 18 or older is at home to accept your delivery.
  • Ensure the truck can get as close to your home as possible. Please have your driveway clear of any obstructions. If necessary, please park your car on the street to allow our truck to get into your driveway or any appropriate place near to customer’s home/apartment.
  • Please have plastic or throw rugs during inclement weather to protect your carpet and flooring. Due to liability, our delivery team cannot remove their shoes or wear “booties.”
  • Please remove old furniture, as we cannot move or haul the existing furniture.
  • Please restrain pets and remove toys and other items from areas where the delivery crew might walk.

Note: During inclement weather, A to Z Furniture will determine whether it is safe for our drivers to make deliveries.


A to Z Furniture’s prime objective is to deliver customers new furniture successfully. This guide provides essential measurement and obstruction information you should consider before having it delivered. Remember ensuring your furniture fits into your space is your responsibility. Manufacturers do not take back custom furniture because the customer failed to measure, and therefore A to Z Furniture cannot accept returns either.


  • Exterior/front doorway height
  • Exterior/front doorway width & clearance to the opposite wall
  • Staircase width
  • Stairwell overhang/ceiling height
  • Height of any hanging fixtures
  • Interior doorway width & clearance to the opposite wall
  • Interior doorway height
  • Ceiling height

For apartment buildings, condos, or homes with elevators, measuring the interior elevator height, elevator opening, and opposite wall distance is essential to ensure the furniture will fit. If your building has a freight elevator, please reserve it in advance.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries – we are here to help!
We’re upfront about our products and services and will not surprise you with hidden fees or costs. We place a few limitations on our returns policy, but they are fair.


All products can only be replaced/repaired if it is a manufacturing defect. A to Z FURNITURE TRADING LLC reserves the right to determine this. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications will not be returnable.

Within 24 hours of receiving the products purchased, all items must be opened and checked by the customer (maintaining the original packing). If this does not happen, A to Z FURNITURE cannot be liable for any damage or fault, and the order isn’t eligible for return.


  • Customized Products (make on order)  
  • Assembled/disassembled items
  • Open sofas, beds, installed MDF items/furniture
  • Used bedding (i.e., bed linens, duvets, pillows, and pillow-tops)
  • Any mattress or stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
  • Made-to-measure items (i.e., custom and on-demand manufactured items)
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or washed
  • A to Z Furniture gift cards
  • At any time, A to Z FURNITURE TRADING LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.


We keep receiving new containers of raw materials every month from our vendors. New stocks of a particular item may vary slightly in colors or fixing.

Suppose a customer placed two orders in 2 different periods for the same item. Customers should expect slight differences in color or textures as manufacturing technology develops.


All sales are final and non refundable. Order cancellation might be approved at the sole discretion of A to Z Furniture. We require 30 days to process the refund. The refund amount is subjected to the deduction of occurred costs such as transaction fee and will be refunded to provided UAE bank account via direct bank transfer only or through cheque.   


Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing an order (online or by a sales agent). Afterward, there will be a charge of AED 150 per item for any cancellation unless production has yet to be stated.


Made-to-order product cannot be returned or exchanged.


We will deduct the original delivery charge if there is no valid reason for return. If the Shipping were free with the Product, there would be a charge of a Minimum of 150 AED as a pickup charge.
